Sweet caramel flavor, hints of seasonal spices and a clean, malty finish. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast make for a balanced yet magical combination. Sweet citrus, flowery herbal and complex spice aromas and flavors. Smooth soft light malt, finishes very dry and clean with an orange tang and some soft herbal complexity. A light-bodied, crisp-drinking, nicely hopped lager.

Six varieties of American whole flower hops (Centennial, Mosaic, Azacca, Cascade, Chinook, Citra) pack bold and juicy flavors into this crisp, drinkable lager.

Pairs the spice and depth of Old World hops with fresh, citrusy notes from the New World, rounded out with subtle maltiness and bright acidity. A refreshing and slightly tart cider made with heirloom bittersweet apples, American dessert apples and Ruby Red Grapefruit from the Texas Rio Grande Valley. It is brewed with pale and crystal malts as well as British hops. The Runner has a medium copper color and a gentle bitterness.

A heavy-handed addition of rye malt adds a mild spiciness, which is balanced by a light, fruity, floral hop aroma. City Tap House proudly offers a one-of-a-kind private event space; perfect your next private happy hour or holiday event. Our main bar area is the ideal setting for a casual happy hour or seated lunch or dinner. Munich and Vienna malts are used to give a slightly sweet and malty flavor. Noble German hops were added to the boil, adding enough bitterness to balance with the malt. Intense Russian imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels and 100% bottle refermented.
Gluten reduced beer for the most adventurous hop heads. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation. This light, refreshing brown ale was infused with real coconut.

This full-flavored dark lager with roasty, nutty, and chocolate notes was brewed with our former head brewer, Tim Gossack, now at Bell's. These items have been prepared with gluten free ingredients and preparations. Gluten free flatbread or buns will be substituted where applicable. We use gluten free soy sauce for all preparations requiring soy sauce. The taste is tart and dry but has a certain roundness. It also has a slight dry bitterness because of the youth of the oak barrels used, as they still release some tannins.
Taste of sweet caramel malt, light corn and bready, light hop bitterness and lager yeast. Bold, spicy, with a sharp, sourish edge added by fermentations that plays into the caramel sweet malt deliciously and creates interplay with citrus accented hops. Hoppy and light with a tingly mouthfeel and fruity hop characteristics—perfect for the hophead and hop-averse. Think Hawaiian fruit punch with citrus and noticeable tartness on the nose.
